Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê (/dɘˈrɘvɪ/ /ˈrëvɪ/ [hungry] [soap]) is a temperate Small Town located in the Tëomjinèna Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê was founded by Glutshesh Zlkêmêv, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê receives an average of 206 cm/y (81 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê covers an area of nearly 3 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 6372 m (20905 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê was founded durring the late 15th century in fall of the year 1392, by Glutshesh Zlkêmêv. The establishment of Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a single broad flagstone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The millitarily questionable fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had. Everyone quietly goes about their daily business not looking anyone in the eye.
Civic Infrastructure
Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê.
Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.

Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.
In Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê sometimes, near one of the seasonal solstices, the sun appears to split into three and it rains from a clear sky for several hours.
The Venomroach near Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves consuming a local toxin to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 3 via proclamations.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê was attacked by savage tribes living nearby Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê lost 282 people, 165 livestock, and 50 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 202, when members of Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a particular enemy war machine. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with the defense of the depot against a siege, which ended in victory for Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Dêrêvî-rëvî Fêqê's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
